This book is about the size of a paperback novel and contains 900 pages filled with more than 30,000 food items. It lists calories, fat, carbs, protein, fiber, cholesterol and sodium. It's the best book I have found for counting calories because there is nothing flashy, just tons of data. Plus it has nutritional information for several national restaurants.
